1. Introduction
Welcome to SCC Sandys Creative Cosmos (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Orders & Payment
• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• We accept payments via direct bank transfer and Stripe.
• Custom orders are final once confirmed, and any changes must be requested within the first 30 minutes of order placement.
3. Custom Designs & Artwork
• Customers must provide high-resolution artwork for best results.
• If we design or modify artwork, additional design fees may apply.
• By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the artwork. We are not responsible for copyright violations.
4. Production & Turnaround Time
• Our standard production time is 7 to 14 business days after payment and artwork approval. Rush orders are available at an additional fee.
• Production times may vary depending on order volume and complexity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• We offer shipping via Australia Post or local pickup. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
• Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
• If an issue arises, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the defect.
• Cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs, including spelling mistakes or low-quality images.
• Slight colour variations may occur due to different printing methods and materials.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your order.
8. Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy and do not share personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil your order.
